The fuel tap is operated by a diaphragm being opened by vacuum. The pipe from the inlet manifold to the back of the tap may be partially crushed.

My kawasaki zx9r / 1995 will not start. all signals are good en also the relais is oke. i dont cat 12 V on the gello/ red kabel that connect the relais and gaz.relais.

Pull one of your spark plugs. Ground against the frame. turn the engine over. If you have no spark, your problem is electrical.This could mean starter switch, Key switch, low oil sensor, coil, or wiring. If you do, your problem is most likely Fuel related. If you are getting fuel, the only thing left is compression.
