HOW DO I TELL WHAT YEAR HONDA XR250R I HAVE FROM THE FRAME NUMBER

Theoretically it should be on your registration. But with the Vin Number (off the frame), take it to a Honda place and they should be able to give you the information you require WITH ACCURACY.
