About 3 weeks ago I had my car serviced, the mechanic noticed that the revs were dropping even when idling. He ran a diagnostic and it showed up that the MAP sensor was faulty this was replaced and the old one had quite alot of dirt on it.I also had the engine coils replaced aswell. All the usuals were replaced during the service. The car ran fine when he cleared the error codes from the ECU but the next morning when I started from cold it began losing revs agin and curring out when i would slow down at a junction.I have also noticed that it is losing alot of revs whenb I change down through the gears coming down from higher speeds i.e. rev counter drops to about 600 revs/min when coming from 4th to 3rd.Have you any ideas what might be causing this?

My jetta loses rpms and sometimes dies while idling. The temp gauge always says the car is cold, even after running for a while. Sometimes, the car will jumb suddenly while accelerating. It has never died while driving.
