Seams that in starter cranking mode ignition wont fire plug until letting up on starter button and immediatly at the releasing of starter it fires and runs fine
Check schematics for a hot start side and if it is chase down that wire to see if the line for a hot start is really there? Is crank speed fast or slow. My bike if it isn't above 400 Romo's I have nothing. A dead stick,the computer will not help me, I am on my own.

right below your kick start is some wires they run to a nuetral swich it should be a green and white wire the green one is the one you want pull it off and try grounding it out and see if it starts if it dose the swich is bad
