My 2002 Cr 125r won't start. While riding it

If it has a new packing you could have done it different and it might need to be jetted

you may want to check your card settings and the compression itself as the woosh and the bang noise means that the gas is burning, but not completely combusting.

The stator can be checked by using an ohm meter checking for any shorts to ground. The CCI box needs to be checked using OEM testers or substitute a known good unit for TS.
