How to take off front wheel of kawasaki zx-7r 1997 ninja
FIRST SECURE THE BIKE ON A SUITABLE REAR STAND, WITH THE FRONT WHEEL STIL ON THE GROUND, UNDO THE 2X 6mm ALUN KEY PINCH BOLTS ON THE R,HAND FORK, NOW INSERT A SUITIBLE KEY INTO THE SPINDLE AND CRACK OF THE SPINDLE IN AN ANTICLOCKWISE ROTATION, WITH THE SPINDLE NOW LOOSE, SUPPORT THE FRONT OF THE MACHINE AND RAISE THE FRONT WHEEL OF THE GROUND, DONOT UNDO THE ALUN KEY BOLTS ON THE L,HAND FORK AND CONTINUE TO UNDO THE SPINDLE FROM THE R,HAND SIDE, REMOVE 2X 12mm BOLTS FROM EACH OF BRAKE CALIPERS, TWIST THE CALIPERS SLIGHTLY TO PUSH HOME THE PISTONS TO EASE REMOVAL, YOU SHOULD NOW BE ABLE TO REMOVE THE CALIPERS FROM THE WHEEL BY PULLING THEM BACKWARDS AWAY FROM THE DISC, REMOVE SPEEDOMITER CABLE, THIS WILL EASE REPLACMENT, AS THE SPEEDO DRIVE CAN BE A BIT TRICKY TO LOCATE ON TIMES, THE SPEEDOMITER DRIVELOCATES IN THE LH FORK WITH A SMALL LUG, THE REASON YOU DONT UNDO THE LH SIDE IS TIGHTENING THE SPINDLE FROM THE LEFT PUTS FRICTION ON THE SPEEDO DRIVE AND BREAKS OF THE LUG, WHEN REPLACING THE WHEEL LOCATE THE SPEEDOMITER DRIVE IN THE WHEEL FIRST AND ENSURE CORRECT LOCATION, WHEN BACK ON THE BIKE TIGHTEN THE WHEEL FROM THE RH SIDE IF THE DRIVE IS LOCATED CORECTLY, WITH NO CALIPERS FITTED THE WHEEL WILL SPIN FREE, IF IT IS NOT CORRECT WHEN YOU TIGHTEN THE WHEEL IT WILL HAVE A SLIGHT BIND AND SHOULD BE REMOVED AND REFITTED CORECTLY

My axle bolt doesnt have a nut at end. Just looks like one bolt. Trying to get it off is hard. There is four little screws on main arms of bike that join around that axle bolt. Is it ok to loosen them, maybe it might loosen the big bolt!
