Actually, the last Evolution engine (Evo) was 1999.

A 2001 Road King Classic would have a 88.42 cubic inch (1449cc) Twin Cam engine.

Carburetted H-D motorcycles use a vacuum operated shut off valve and one position on the valce is a reserve position. EFI have no such.
