Hi, Sounds like a code 34. What I see is exhaust control valve loose/poor connection/circuit malfunction. You can go to the following link and follow a thread that includes discussion of that code. http://www.1000rr.net/forums/showthread.php?t=81141
your fuel system is to rich. if you have a powercommander on it, you should have it re-mapped. if you don't, make sure your stock air filter is still good. if you've already changed your air filter and exhaust you should get a powercommander.
