The pressure requirements are shown on a tag that is attached to the chain protection cover. The tag should be located somewhere around the rear tire spring on the cover.
if the clutch is stuck try holding the clutch handle in and rocking bike back and fourth, if it don't let go try starting bike in gear(while sitting on it) and holding clutch handle in while popping the throttle sometimes that breaks it loose, remember to keep clutch handle pulled in
