Trayl bike owners manual. or how do I adjust the height of the handle bars?

Your bike has a modern "threadless headset" which usually allows very little vertical adjustment. See this page for an explanation of how to change height on that style:
How to adjust handlebar height BikeRadar
If you can't adjust enough that way you can try buying a shorter stem or one with a steeper angle,. The final option is to buy a "stem riser" - Google the term for more info - needs to have correct dimensions for your bike

It's best to get advice at a bike shop as to what option is best for you..

Where can you find Mongoose replacement parts for MGX DXR full suspension bike? I need a matched crank set and pedal replacements.

The crankset and pedals on that bike or any other are not unique to one model. Either the original or compatible replacements are available at a variety of sources, but there are several dimensions that are important. Best to go to a bike shop or bike co-op to get info on what is needed and available.

How much room do I need for my exercise bike?

Exercise bikes takes space according to their size. You should keep in mind that recumbent bikes take up more floor space than the upright models. In every exercise bike you buy the dimension of the bike is written down on the box thus there is not really a problem fitting the exercise bike to the room.

How large is an exercise bike?

Thereis no fixed standard for exercise bikes. Their dimensions can vary. I'veseen bikes that are 140x1571x59cm but also bikes that measure 212x155x69cm. The measurements varywith nearly every bike. So it really depends how much space you have.

I have just redone my 2007 dyno bmx bike and I was wondering if I could swap parts with other bike parts

Some parts, you can. It depends on what parts and what bikes, and noone really has an all-inclusive list that I've ever found.

Best thing to do is measure up the part you want to replace, then check for parts that have the same important dimensions.
