Base gaskets and side cover gaskets. Does it also include necessary o-rings or do they need to be purchased separately?I just bought one of these kits for a 916 a few weeks back it includes; Head gaskets Base gaskets Inlet manifold gaskets Valve seals Numerous green O-rings - not sure what they're all for because I didn't use them. The gasket kit cost the same as 2 head gaskets seperately.,,

2004 holden cruze keeps overheating. Machanic replaced thermostat, radiator and all hoses and it overheated. Replaced waterpump still overheating. The thermal fan works. What else could it be?

You've covered everything on the outside of the engine now you need to look for a bad head gasket or cracked head. The best way is removal, because anything that you may have missed until the tear down is included in the gasket kit. I recommend you order the valve grinding gasket set before you tear it apart because the shop that rebuilds the head needs parts from the kit, this is usually not a big job. I hope this helps. Take Care.

Need part # for WL350102AJ gasket kit

The part number for a valve plate kit for your motor/pump is WL201400. The kit includes the head gasket (XA010800AV), exhaust valve, valve plate, intake valve and cylinder gasket (XA010300AV). The two parts with numbers after them are the only ones available by themselves, all other parts are only available in the kit.

WOULD LIKE THE PART NUMBER FOR REBUILD KIT TO A 1999 F150 4.6L ENGINE. COMPLETE SET AND GASKET SET ONLY PLEASE.

the 'kit' that you are looking for varies from parts distributors. if you are going to the dealership for this then you will be getting a very long list of numbers that you really don't need any how. If you are replacing the gaskets for this vehicle then you want to go to the local parts store and ask for the "upper gasket kit" for (insert vehicle here) and then you will get what you are looking for. if you are looking to rebuild the bottom end, the block, then you want to get the "lower gasket kit" but a good upper gasket kit (ie. Felpro, Victor Reins, etc...) then you should get a head gasket, valve cover gasket, and intake and exhaust gaskets. the lower gasket kit can include but not always (you should ask what gaskets come in it) oil pan, freeze plugs, and front and rear main seals.

How to tell if you have a blown head gasket

The best way to tell if a head gasket is blown is to buy the test kit from AutoZone, Advance Auto or NAPA and test the radiator fluid for combustion gases. This is a very positive and determing test that leaves very little doubt. There are other ways to test for a blown head gasket but this is the easiest and quickest way and the test kit is easy to use, you don't have to be a mechanic to use it.
Hope this helps.

Excessive oil . white smoke over heats guessing

You will go to a Chevy dealer and they will know exactly what you will need. Any auto parts store expects the buyer to know what they want always it seems
Get a set of head gaskets, a intake manifold gasket kit (complete kit) and some silicone sealer, Coolant also and a thermostat & gasket

Broken kick starter gear

No other gear set available to my knowledge. The correct set of gears should be able to handle an extra 50cc. The head gasket and cylinder gasket should also be the same. If they arn't, the larger gaskets would come with the kit.
