Its a missing or broken spring in the handle(trigger). If you look inside the handle you should see a circular spring around the post of the trigger. This spring returns trigger to idle position. If its missing or broken the trigger won't spring back.

The Throttle screw is located on the throttle (obiously) its in a clinderical shaped channel located on the throttle just oposite or obliquely opposite the the throttle body position sensor. In some mazda vehicles (IN TRINIDAD) you need to loosen the throttle body position sensor and slightle adjust it eighter to the right or left to tuen the idle (For electronic controlled axcelleration) in some cases it can be adjusted via an ODB2 diagnostic tool (only in some vehicles that has electronic controlled axcelleration)
You can tell what type your vehicle is by looking for an axcelleration cable connected to the throttle body. If the throttle body has a cable it isnt electronically controlled and has an idling screw. If there is no cable but wires to the position sensor its electronic.

Some times the E.G.R. will stick half open. This will make the engine surge or have high idle. Try replaceing the E.G.R. located under the upper intake. Do not go with after market E.G.R. The spring in them are to powrefil and the E.G.R. wil not open. Also try replaceing the O2 sensors. This could give the engine more fuel thus a higher idle. Some vehicles the T.P.S. can be ajusted, do some checking to see if yours is adjustable.
Please contact me if your problem presists.
Thanks, Charlie

Sounds like your idle mixture is too lean. Does your bike pop on decel? Try adjusting your mixture screw out 1 turn to richen your idle mixture.
