Kawasaki brute force 750

I flooded my 4 wheeler under water now it spits and backfires.

  • Steven Murdock Oct 31, 2008

I also flooded my 07 Kawasaki Brute Force 650 4x4i, after getting it out I drained the oil, my belt, and one cylinder by removing the spark plug. Still no go, is it the carbs? Anybody with any ideas on how to go abouts reviving it. I would very much appreciate it. You can contact me by e-mailing me at:

My 2009 brute force 750 come to a hault. Only 400ml of oil in it. not enough to engage low oil presure light. No oil leaks and oil dosn't seem to be burnt.(baffle is pretty clean) any one no where oil could have gone? only done 50 hours. the result to this was main bearing shattered through motor.

Try to drain carb
water probably got in through air box and carb vent hose
drain and flush carb
replace spark plug
spray contact cleaner in carb throat through air box

How long since the oil has been changed? Is the oil level OK? It sounds like you have a sticky valve that hangs open once in a while.
