2008 Piaggio Zip 50 will not start

My Piaggio zip 50cc will not start I have recharged the 12v battery yet it still won't work as I push the electric start it has about 3 seconds where it sounds like it's going to start then it doesn't so I kick start it about 20 times and it still will not start I don't have a clue what it could be could anyone help? @

Sounds like the cold start system needs looking at . As long as the engine is turning over and firing it should eventually start. Mine had the same problem.

There should be a tank, usually under the seat or behind the rear side panels. Just fill the 2-stroke tank and don't worry about the mixing, the engine does it on it's own.

Yes, there is a safety interlock that requires either the front or rear brake to be applied. It is mentioned here, but not in respect to the kickstarter which appears to be an optional extra..

What type of bulb do I need for a Piaggio Zip 50 tail light?
They have seperate stop light bulbs to the tail light which is the uncommon.I think the stop bulbs are 12v 4 watt wedge fit sidelight bulbs,they use them in cars too as sidelight bulbs.the tail light one is a 12v 10 watt bayonet type.
