I have located a "bumper/piston stop" and an o-ring rebuild kit, but I need the driver blade guide and the driver blade seal. I contacted Hilti and they informed me that the RN312 was discontinued in 1993 and that I may be able to find parts from a past distributor???
That was basically the same tool (with a few small differences) as the Spotnails MNS5. On the Spotnails version it uses a round, thick piece of plastic with a D shaped hole for the driver guide. There was no driver blade seal. If that is what you need I may have a few left in stock. We are Twin City Supply in Loves Park, Illinois.
SOURCE: Gun stopped driving nails, air escapes from top,
has the gun been cleaned and oiled, i think not.
take the head bolts out of the top of the gun. make sure you pay attention to how everything comes out so you can put it back together.
shake the gun upside down so that the piston comes out. wipe everything down with any petroleum based cleaning solvent to remove all the gunk and reassemble.
pour about 10 dropsof oil down the air input, let it sit there about 5 mins and hook up the air and it should work

The company below sells a full line of nails for your gun. The rn312 uses 17 degree nails and can be ordered from www.spotnails.com. Good luck with your nailing projects.
