I had this problem last month and it turned out to be the starter motor cable had disconected from the relay. The clicking noise is the relay clicking in but the starter motor not initiating. the cause could be as simple as the cable disconnected but most likely it is your starter motor has gone. You shouldn't have to restrictions only happen on faster bikes 600cc onwards but if you talking about the inabilty to push your revs to the very max, I wouldn't do this unless you know what you doing, and by you asking this question, you don't know what u doing, this rev restriction is set in place for safety of your engine, rather than restricting speed.,,,

yes buddy as the rs125 dont have fans on the radiators so the faster you go the more are passes through the radiator to cool it down dont worry abour it buddy there built for this or if your not happ install a fan your self also just make sure you have coolant in there
