Problem was that the rpm-needle wont cross 8000 rpm mark on full throttle.Though company given speed is 110 km/hr but still i am unable to cross 100km/hr.I have replaced both spark plugs with Irridium though issue persists.What can be the reason for that?.. Is there fault in CDI or sparkplug or chain sproket teeths are causing some issue or fault in rpm meter itself causing the cutoff.. The make of pulsar is if of 2006 model (analog meter with dtsi model) before the digital model..

It must be around 600-1000 for one. Actually you dont need to install new. local mechanics ll fix it.
