That is the indication of an over rich mixture. The plug is probably carboned up by now and needs a good clean or replacement before it will function again.
Is the choke by any means closed or partially closed? Is the air cleaner clean so that it is not restricting air flow or is the float not stuck so that the carburetter float level is too high in the float chamber.
Those are the normal things that would cause that condition.

i have a byke bajaj discover 150 cc if it is drived min 12 km & stucked min of 500 meters it will stop it wont start if it start also the movement is not goo in the sense of control if you are still in traffic it will get off several untill you come out of traffic later if you reduce your @ humps again it will off then we have to stop it for min of ten to fifteen min
