Bought recently from someone who had it in storage for a year and a half. only 100 miles on it. won't idle and has a lot of hesitation.
Check the battery.See if the gas is bad check the gas filters.Drain the gas ,have the carb cleaned.If it sat the gas is only good for 30 days.

have you checked the spark plug? take it out and lay it on the engine touching a metal part and kick the bike you should see it sparking if not then replace the spark plug
if thats not the problem then give the carb a clean and check the air filter that its not blocked
2 stroke bikes need three things to work air spark and fuel as long as you have these it will work
