FYI, the flywheel is the problem why its not charging the battery. If you can re attach the magnets you won't spend at all for a new flywheel.

My 04 suzuki katana 750 has a battery draining problem

You definitely hooked something up wrong. Get a wiring diagram for the exact bike you have and try again. Oh, the regulator is probably fried. Sorry.

I have a 1965 suzuki k15. i lost the keys and need a wiring diagram so that i can bypass the ignition, but still make everything on the bike work. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

all the key does is add an extra path to ground for ignition and charging the coil as 3 black wires take plug out leave pluged in kick over pluging and un pluging one wire out of the connector till you see spark then simply repeat for lights look for lamp to come on while running when unpluging a wire if not it unplug try another theres very few wires should be a quick process

1993 Ford F-750. 7.0 fuel inj. PFI type. No start, has good inj. pulse, psi good etc. No spark, reman. dist.,coil and firewall ign. module has been replaced. Both modules tested ok. Wiring-Help!!! ...

Hi, I do not have wiring diagrams for the F-750, but I'm assuming the ignition systems are similar for all trhe F series trucks. Are you getting battery voltage to the coil when the key is in run and start? If not, first verify the fuse is good. If there is a noise capacitor on the positive coil wire, remove it temporarily while troubleshooting. If that cap is causing low voltage to the coil, replace it. If you still cannot get power to the coil, the problem may be the ignition switch. If you have power to the positive coil terminal, pull the coil wire out of the distributor and lay it on the engine where it has about a quarter inch gap to engine ground. Turn the key on and momentarily jump a ground wire to the negative coil terminal to see if it will release a spark. If the coil will release a spark this way, the problem is back in the distributor. Was everything in there replaced? Please let me know if you have questions.

Ignition wires was cut trying to start the bike just with the wires

find the hot or live wire and leave that alone then twist the rest together and touch them to the hot wire till it starts then remove the hot wire away from others and be sure not to let it ground out after that if the rest of the wires are together light and speedo should work
