2005 ZZR 600 10500 miles. I took the nose fairing of my bike off to adjust the headlights. Turned the handlebars too far and ripped the wires going to the ignition. fixed those wires, now I have no signal or flashers. Checked all the fuses, all wires and connectors connected. Took apart the handlebar control (choke and signal switch) looked good too. Please help!#%#!

Hi and welcome to FixYa,
To my knowledge, there would only be 3 wires needed from the handlebars that affects the engine:
The first 2 would go to the interlock plus the neutral wire and the sidestand wire. The interlock then sends signals that starter motor can turn and that CDI can fire.
As to the ignition coil, 1 wire is IGN B+12 while the other would go to the CDI and should pulsate when cranking or engine running.
Good luck and thank you for using FixYa.

It sounds like your bike has been sitting in storage for an extended period of time (a year or more) - and the carburetors are plugged up. If this is the case, they will need to be completely disassembled and cleaned out.
If it hasn't been sitting (and the carbs aren't plugged up) then check that all of the normal tune-up items have been performed, especially valve adjustment, oil and filters, spark plugs, etc. If this fails to produce positive results, perform a compression check on the engine. Each cylinder must be able to produce at least 140 psi of compression in order to run and idle properly.
