Check the whole air cleaner and hose. I one towed a car home and found so much nesting debris and cottonwood cotton, no air could get to the engine. It started after cleaning. Shouldn't be that bad after just one winter but check. Then pull one plug, put the wire back one it and rest it against the metal of the engine somewhere convenient. Have some one turn over the engine and look for a spark. One spark is confirmed, smell in the spark plug hole for gasoline smell. Finally, hold the pedal to the floor and, without letting up on pedal, crank engine for 10 seconds or so. It will likely fire if air, fuel and spark are all there. Good luck
Try some starting fluid (either).
Inspect the wiring at the fuel pump (if not in the tank).
Alternately, have the psi tested on the fuel line.
Are you certain there is enough fuel and the car is not uneven (as on a hill preventing a low fuel availability to get to the fuel pump to pump such that it can pump the fuel?)
Another stupid question - have you looked at any of your sensors -- such as the crankshaft positioning sensor?
This should give you a couple ideas anyway..
Best regards
