Check the adjustment at the clutch push rod.. If that doesn't fix it, you replace the clutch plates and springs. Check out all the videos. It seems to be a known issue.
white smoke indicates[ steam ] that your burning coolant either by a blown headgasket ---intake gasket--cracked/warped head--cracked cylinder wall--check your coolant level should by low ----------clutch dont know type yr or model of vehicle so dont know if your clutch is hydraulic or dry older style spring --hydro style anything from slave gone bad to fork damage ---old style broken spring to fork damage throw out bearing damaged
if its white, its a blown head gasket,if its blue, too much gas,if its black its oil,if its oil it could be a piston or rings or valves or alot of things
It sounds like you could need some new piston rings. when they go bad it causes oil to get by into the combustion chamber and burn when the engine fires.
if the white smoke is in the morning, only then it is valve seals and if it is through out the day as your driving the vehicle then the engine need over houling,(rings metal and main bearing in the engine need to be relace, including valve seal , top gasket, botom gasket and oil seal for proper perfomance.
