May 15, 2021 - 2007 gsxr 600. I changed clutch cover due to being broken. Put new oil in. Won't start. Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your bike yourself ...
DON'T just randomly cut wires! The Power Commander is linked into the bikes ECU (it's brain), Fuel injection system and in some cases the ignition system so cutting wires could turn into a VERY expensive mistake. If you have no experience with bike electronics pay an auto electrician or bike tuning specialist to remove it for you.

A couple of housekeeping tips.
Never post a follow-up as a new question. This doesn't work because this question is not linked or threaded to your previous one. You post what you posted above under my comment in your last post, I get a notification and I come back to help you. If I had missed this new post, you would probably get no help.

So onto the answer. You now have NO Errors, C00 is no error. This tells you how to get rid of the FI Light.

Question moved from Cars and Trucks to correct category.
apparently, it is 'FI' not F1 and stands for Fault Identification. It is the same as the engine light on a car. A code scanner, or 'Dealer Mode' tells the fault.

Pput your bike in dealer mode (search "dealer mode"), FI Not F1, means Fault Indication. This is your ECM telling you there is something wrong. Dealer mode will give you a code, ie. C46 = EXCVA malfunction. When you get the code, we can help you, without the code it's all guess work, just like Mickking just did. If the FI goes away, put it in dealer mode and ride it around, it will most likely come back and will be displayed right there in front your face.

Most sports bikes are limited to 300km/h by the manufacturers in an effort to be responsible.
Actually the ? was about the 1000 not "most sport bikes". The Suzuki gsxr1000 for 2007 is rev limited to 184 mph. U do the math to figure out kph but in the U.S. who cares about the metric numbers.
I have a 2013 gsxr 600L3. It's fuel injection not carb'D. A guy at the shop that I took my bike to for an oil change really screwed something up. It seems to change every time I start it up to ride it's different. Til the point it runs so much like junk i take the thing apart looking for the reason why but not finding anything. I feel like my cdi computer unit was swapped out. I did the 4 screws on the front of the throttle body and it doesn't seem to help. It always feels like it's missing for some reason. It also seems to be dumping way to much fuel. I have an Akrapovic full exhaust system with 02 delete,k&n air filter and had a bazzaz z find tc programmer on it but took it off cause it kept fouling $13 a piece plugs. I feel like my computer was swapped out cause it didn't look like the same one. And it also smells like burnt plastic inside the plug area. I had the screw setting turns wrote down but my wife threw away the paper I wrote it on. I know I know.. I really need help. Having another baby is taking up the money so I can't afford to take it anywhere to be fixed so I'm constantly working on it trying to get it right with no results except extreme anger and aggravation. Hey Kurama,
Has this bike been dropped on the shifter (left) side? I take that it won't shift up or down?...
... Do you mean check the shift shaft? (the shift fork(s) are inside the engine and cannot be checked without splitting the cases). the shift shaft may be bent...reply back..
