Put new wires on it

I am already turning heads. My question is about the pipes getting hot. Mine appears to have a type of guard but I can still feel the heat through my jeans. Any ideas? I want to be able to take my daughter for short rides but am afraid she might get her leg burned. I know I will have tons of other questions soon. When I first put mine on, I could still feel heat, then I moved it forward on the pipe, and it works great now.,,,

you will need to smash the rivets or you will loose the link for sure. It takes a special tool that I'm sure you don't have. The correct master link should be available locally. I have just checked our inventory and can only find the clip style links. If we sent you the rivet style it must have been the last one. We have plenty clip style links here but Tuesday is the best we can do now for shipping. I apologize for not sending the clip style. I'll check on how that happened.,

wondered if the tool bag might interfere with the natural cooling of the engine. I didn't know and thought I would ask. I've got it in such a spot that the leather doesn't come in contact with the exhaust pipe so I got that item covered.I can't imagine that that would effect the cooling.,,

There are 2 fuses under the seat thats about it google the owners manual its available :)

Doesn't sound like the bike is charging your battery. Check the voltage regulator and the stator.

u cant tighten it, you'll have to replace it if there is over 1" of play. My guess is it wasnt tracking straight. U may need to shim the engine sproket so the belt trachs slightly away from the block

FYI, the flywheel is the problem why its not charging the battery. If you can re attach the magnets you won't spend at all for a new flywheel.

In my limited experience the handlebar wiring usually can't be unplugged but has to be disconnected from the handlebar controls and unthreaded from the handlebar.

for the BIOS? or Windows? If BIOS password just remove the battery for a couple seconds. For windows, try reinstalling the OS.
