Release a little bit of tension on the clutch lever down at the primary cover. Pull the pin out of the clutch lever pivot. Roll the lever out of the perch. Pop the lead cable end out of the lever and pop it back into the replacement lever. Roll lever back into the perch, replace the pivot pin. Re-adjust the clutch cable to the proper tension and check it before you start it. Else give your self at least 30 feet to regain your dignity in the likely event it may not be correct on the first adjustment.

CDIs are specific to each model, the socket differs from the model after DC or ac voltage supply.
as a principle having the same role, to generate the spark.
The model count, and then the terminals identified at your CDI, can easily equate the functions of each terminal.
DO NOT replace random CDI, conductive wire colors are not always relevant, and you can destroy that CDI as well as Magnetou components, you can burn bobbins, etc.
So search the type and name of your scooter on the internet, and then you can replace it with another one, of course, after matching the functions of the yarn.
I'm sorry for the moment, the more I can help you, the information being given is zero.

Can you see any damage on the pan? If it is bent, the crank may be hitting the pan causing it to be jammed
If you do not see any damage check the wiring to the starter. You may have knocked off a wire. See if current is getting to the starter.
