I want my bike to sound louder if I take the exhaust baffles out will it loose power or do any damage to the bike

Sort of depends on the bike. We don't know what bike you have. In general, removing baffles won't hurt anything but your ears, and isn't likely to cost power.

What is the order of power to the primary side of coil on 1998 heritage softtail classic

The coil primary is provided 6v directly from the electronic ignition control. (Not sure what you mean by "order of power.")

My 94 YZ 250 idles but does not accelerate will power valve cause this problem

more than likely as the power valve is what allows extra fuel into the system for acceleration it could be blocked or out of adjustment if operated from the throttle.

Okay guys, I'm stumped! I started my 97 Sporty the other day and was letting it warm up. All of a sudden it died and now won't start.

check for spark sounds like coil may have fried if you have power to the coil and no spark then it is the coil you can look on youtube for a video to test the coil but chances are if it has power and no spark then it is the issue check the plugs for spark on something else if you can if they are old

On the ride the battery gets drained of power. When the battery loses power the bike loses revs. Is this the regulator and how do I test it or is there something else to check?

Same thing happened to me. It turned out to be a corroded connection from the alternator that snapped off when inspected. The first thing to check is battery condition. A fully charged battery should be around 12.5 volts. When the engine is running the voltage should increase to around 14.5 volts. If it does increase then your charging system is working as it should and the problem lies elsewhere (possibly a battery that is past its best and needs replacing). If it doesn't increase the voltage, then chec the wires from your alternator (ther should be 2 wires) and follow these to the junction connector. This was where mine was badly corroded. I used more cable to bypass this connection and my problem was fixed. I then replaced the connections with new ones and all is fine. The bright yellow straw is pointing to the corrosion problem. Hope this is of help as totally replacing your alternator isn't cheap. 25551357-0wzankv15dnnunt2ysvvacmt-2-1.jpg
