Can you hear the fuel pump? If not then it will need to be replaced also check the fuel filter they will clog up some times. The other thing is check the fuses for the injection system. and you can also unplug the injectors and test for power at the injectioner.

flashers work buy a set current flow flasher bulbs are 20 watt or better by replacing the bulbs with LED ( virtually no current flow ) the flasher will not get enough current to make it flash you have 2 options go back ti normal bulbs get an electronic controlled flasher unit that compensates for the lost current best talk with an auto electrician as to what you need to fix the problem
