if batteries ok then its bad connection, check all connections battery solenoid, starter and earth to frame

Intake Air Tempature sensor, located around the air box on that year I think its toward the back of the airbox. But deffinatly somewhere around the airbox. Hope that helps. To identify it get a service manuals wiring diagram.

Cutting the wire will do. My Mio also have a HID any that's what we did (cutting one wire). But you can also try alternative like installing a fast charger. So you can charge up your battery fast as you use your HID.

No problems encountered with my HID using the cutting methode.

Replace the plug with a new one. If still bad, drain the carb as condensation from the petrol tank may have collected in the float bowl. Please rate my answer. Thanks.

Dont be confused between the engine oil and the gearbox oil.

The oil in the tank gets burnt with the petrol, and needs replacing as it gets used,, it is two stroke engine oil.

The gearbox oil is drained through a plug underneath the engine, it lubricates the clutch and gears only, it is 20w40 motorcycle oil, it can be the same as a fourstoke motor, as it is for the geaxbox.

Do not be tempted to use car oils as the clutch may start slipping.
Go to a bike shop and tell them the bike model and they should sell you 2 bottles of oil, the lables will also explain.

When you remove the cylinder, you should have the bore checked by a machine shop. The bore wears on the front and rear of the bore and can wear slightly oval. In which case it should be rebored and an oversize piston and rings used. The cylinder should also be honed so that the new rings and the bore wear in together and make a good seal. indications are that it is very possible that you have fixed the leak the only extra thing that you have have to do is use a sealer under the collar but if the nut tension is correct it may be satisfactory
