2000 650 vstar with hardkrome pipes and hypercharger. What would be the proper main jet and pilot jet sizes

Use a DYNAJET kit & go with the directions. Or check with the Hypercharger manufacture for correct jetting. But you will still need different needles & main jets for those pipes.

How do I remove heavy oxidation from front forks

forks have a clearcoat on them use a gel type paint remover on them to remove the clearcoat and they'll look like new

Fork fluid

If there is no fluid on the fork legs or the wheel the fluid very likely isn't leaking and is OK.
If there is fluid the fork legs need servicing at which time the fluid will be drained and replaced.

I have a 650 vstar classic my gas cap causes a

Therre is a vent from the underside of the tank to atmosphere. It may be pinched or clogged. If the cap has a vent it is plugged. clean cap in carburetor cleaner.

Uneven front tire wear

I would suggest that the wheel is of centre. check your preload and fork oil. you may also have a weak spring. this will allow one fork to ride higher and cause the wheel to lean to one side.

Can't find oil filter on 2005 650 XVS Dragstar Classic?

on right crankcase by brake pedal you will find a round cover with 3 bolts in it, remove this and you will find some more bolts to remove the second casing that holds the oil filter, be careful not to over tighten the bolts when putting back, i did and stripped the thread, complete change takes about 15 mins

Tail lights indicators and front brake light not working

look for your fuse panel may be by the drivers side or under the hood drivers side.Once found the panel or fuse box cover should tell you what number fuse is needed and where its located for both the tail light indicators and back brake lights good luck
