Did you put the shear pin back in the slot?

as long as you use good gas and don't let it sit for long periods of time chances are you wont have to.

Put the bike in gear, if you have a helper get them to sit on bike with front brake on, if not put the bike against a wall, it will move, get the correct socket (must be correct), put an extension (if you need to), put a breaker bar or rachet (last resort), and give it a good wack with a hammer, may need to do it half a dozen times but it does work (make sure you use a good socket set and not the cheap ones (unless you have to).

Valve clearance adjustments i do think, if it's an engine problem. Like ticking in the head when the engine runs hot.

On the left hand side just by the foot peg there is key hole, pop the ignition key in and turn it lifting the seat at the same time.

Question edited to add a lot more clarity. Question moved from Cars and Trucks to model category. First you connect a scan tool and read the codes. Then the code tells you WHY you are in Limp Mode. Then you fix whatever is wrong and the scan tool rests the code. Limp Mode is ONLY activated if something is wrong that can catastrophically damage the engine.
