Hi, my 1997 triumph daytona

You might also want to think about flushing and replacing the coolant. It looses its effectivness after about 2 years on most types. Make sure to use a 50/50 mixture of antifreeze and distilled water.
Your system has an 02 sensor that shoud control the mixture at idle.
The sytem may not be properly 'adapted' (which is the process of the ECM learning the trims requird to the fuel based on what the 02 sensor reports)
You can force an adaption like this:
(but need to resolve the high idle issue first)

hope this helps

How to remove side motor

All the set screws are installed with loctite sealer which makes removing the bolts difficult. Insert the tool required to remove and rap the end of the tool with a dead blow hammer to shock the sealer loose. It will help you in removing these stubborn bolts

Hi is a 1996 rear brake caliper on at595

You'd have to know the part numbers to find out. Sorry. I suggest calling a Triumph dealer, have them look up both part numbers for those model years, then'll you'll know.

I fitted a new sensor

Thanks for your feedback. When you say "It also smells madly fuel when I start the bike." does the bike start?
I'm going to assume not.
I don't know much about Fuel Injection but there is three things motors need to run - compression, fuel and spark. It sounds like you have compression and fuel, so we need to check for spark.
Chances are the plugs are simply fouled with gas. You can simply buy new plugs (esp if they're old) or check the existing ones for spark.
CHECK FOR SPARK The best way is to remove all of the sparkplugs, re-connect them to their wires, rest the threads against a good ground. Turn the motor over and look for a good fat white spark.
If no spark, make sure all 'safety' switches are in a start position (side stand up, neutral, kill switch on etc.)
Good lcuk & let us know!
Be sure to put a dab of neversieze on the sparkplug threads when re-installing.

2001 Triumph 600TT. I purchased it missing a kickstand and tip over sensor. Where do I go from here to get it running?

Parts Suppliers. The normal thing to think is "I'll just bypass them", but the tip over sensor cuts power to the engine if you drop the bike riding it. https://www.google.com/search?q=2001+Triumph+600TT+kickstand+and+tip+over+sensor ..

1997 triumph daytona 955i. Battery. Is not charging while im riding it. Why ??

There are several possible reasons why the battery on your 1997 Triumph Daytona 955i may not be charging while you are riding it:
  1. The battery may be faulty. If the battery is not holding a charge or is not functioning properly, it will not be able to charge while you are riding the motorcycle.
  2. The charging system may malfunction. The charging system is responsible for supplying power to the battery while the motorcycle is running. If the charging system is not functioning properly, the battery will not be able to charge.
  3. The voltage regulator may be malfunctioning. The voltage regulator is a component of the charging system that regulates the voltage supplied to the battery. If the voltage regulator is not functioning properly, the battery may not be able to charge.
  4. The battery cables or connections may be loose or damaged. If the battery cables or connections are loose or damaged, the battery will not be able to receive a charge.
To troubleshoot the problem, you should start by checking the battery to see if it is functioning properly. If the battery is not the issue, you will need to check the charging system and voltage regulator to see if they are functioning properly. If the problem persists, it is recommended that you have the motorcycle inspected by a qualified mechanic. They will be able to diagnose the problem and recommend the appropriate repairs.

My triumph trophy runs for 5 minutes then dies and won't turn back on

That is usually indicative of a fuel supply issue. Check the Petcock is open and working. Strip and clean the carb fuel bowls and jet.
