Would like a diagram to set up my timing for my 1952 triumph trw

Pictorial view and explanation are not available on line for this older cycle. Your only hope will be your main branch library or Ebay.
Try this link to eBay, although it is more of a Owners Manual than a Service Manual:

How do i work out timing marks on the gears of a

That would be the crankshaft pinion gear, and yes, there IS a timing mark on it. HOWEVER, if you can't see a mark, that is because whoever installed the gear turned it around and installed it backwards, with the timing mark now on the backside!

How do i stop throttle reving when i turn handle

The only reason this would happen is the cables are being pulled somehow.Either you missed something with the reroutung, and need to try again, or the cables are adjusted too tight, or the cables are too short.

What oil is used in the gear boxes

Couple things im thinking about here ...

Generic answer ... most 4 stroke motorcycles share the motor oil with the transmission ... is this what you are talking about?

Drive shaft or other special configuration ... Hypoid oil 90 or 110 weight ... Check with your Triumph or other motorcycle dealer for specifics for your 40 year old classic motorcycle.

I am rewiring a 63 triumph t100r h52118 hoor motor

And? What is your question? Do you need a wiring guide? Is the bike stock? You might be able to get a stock wiring harness from British Only..

I wired my bike in about 2 hours from scratch.. If you want it to be stock, I would buy the harness. If not, start from the extremities and move toward the battery. Leave the wires long and never cut them too short. I like leaving mine a hair long because in time they tend to need new connectors.

Don't use cheap connectors, spend the extra money to get top of the line. The stock Triumph connectors are spendy..

If you are cheap and want to save some money.. go to the wrecking yard and strip the wire out of an old Lincoln or Caddie.. plenty of differnt colors.. use a good crimpper... The Craftsman Crimper is excellent as is the Snapon..

the bike can run on unleaded but it will be rough .
you mwill have loss of power and radical .
what i would suggest is to ask a mechanic about the effects of unleaded petrol to an old engin .
all i know is that the bike will run as i did it to my old BMW and all i had to do is replace some gaskets .
Best of luck .

How to remone the gas tank on a 1967 BSA Royal

Do so very carefully, or you run the risk of damaging or ruining it because of its age.

Drain the gas, if any.

Identify where it mounts on the frame and how it is fastened (nuts, bolts, screws, etc). Apply liberal doses of a product called PB B'laster which you can get at almost any auto parts store (do not use WD-40 or anything else, B'laster is the best for this kind of thing).

This is important: Spray it several times thoughout the day, then let it sit overnight! Use the correct size tool, carefully and without excessive force, and if you're lucky, the nuts or bolts will come right off without breaking. Do NOT force them. Apply a second treatment if necessary, it won't hurt.
