I have the 1100 diagram and it is either the fuseable link/in-fuse just after the positive or the fuses on the starter relay.

sounds like the starter motor is overheating this can be the bushes are warn in the motor and when it cools down they are reconnecting, could also be the solenoid in the motor, this can act the same way, no click would think its more likely to be this.
This is on my 06 katana 750 my starter button is loose and keeps my starter going I took it apart and don't see how to fix it thought it might have been a spring in it I didn't see one
Spray WD-40 into the switch housing. If that doesnt help then you have a loose connection in there and it will need to be repaired or replaced. If you need any help feel free to email me [email protected]

It shows that this bike has 93 horsepower, but you can check out that link and see more info on the bike. Let me know if this helps you out, Jeff from FIXYA
the air filter is located under your seat closer to the front of the bike. if you want to ad power there is a price to pay. first off you will need to get a new exhaust system and have the bike dyno tuned by a professorial this should net the best power for your money other than nitrous oxide which will only give your more power for a short amount of time. then you need to get a new sprocket front or back it doesn't matter but if you get a front sprocket get one with an EXTRA tooth and if you get a back sprocket get one with 3-6 LESS teeth. this will mean you loose top speed on every gear but you will feel power gains that will make you think you have a whole new bike and ITS CHEAP!!!. you can get higher compression pistons or have your heads ported and polished or even add a turbo but its all going to cost way more than its worth. really consider getting a bigger bike bud. hope this helps goodluck
should be the same as on my gsxr spring could be tight on the lower end of the cable which is located right nest to the left hand foot rest try spraying a bit of wd40 on it
you may have touched the frame when tightening the positive terminal which will blow the main engine fuse.
Sometimes will blow the fuse in the top of the solenoid.
Check your fuses and replace the blown one with the correct size and you will be good to go.
It's scary when your bike dont start just after you get done working on it huh?
hi depending on what type of chain is fitted to your machine, you will almost certinly need a chain riveting tool, without this you will have to remowe the rear suspension arm from the bike to fit the chain in 1 piece, best advice if you are not sure is to have some 1 fit it for you, inproper fitment can leade to problems, if the chain fails due to incorect fitment. check out the video on the link below.

Dear User
I hope following Direction can Help you
Loosen the bolt on the rear axle. Tighten the 10mm bolts. Measure the distance between the frame and the rim, make sure it's equal.
Give your chain about 1-1.5 inch play in the bottom middle, (between wheel sprocket and output sprocket-on the gear box).
Do this is small increments, 1/2 turn at a time, then measure.
Re-tighten the main bolt, make sure it's quite tight, otherwise you'll lose your wheel.
Best thing is to use 1/2 inch ratchet with a 24 inch handle extension (pipe or something that can fit over the ratchets handle) ..

Hope you got it...Thanks for Connecting FixYa....
If this has USD forks and you've never done forks before, please dont atempt to do them...If you fell confedent let me know..But 1st up check the slider tubes (chrome) and see it there are any pits, dents or chips on the chrome where the seal runs if there are, the new seals wont last long.
