Battery not charging

It is either your regulator/rectifier, rotor/stator, or battery is bad and won't hold a charge. Get a multimeter and test the battery while the bike is running. You should get 12.5-13 volts at idle, and 13.5-14 at about 2500-3000 RPMs. If you aren't getting proper voltage, check wiring, but most likely a reg/rec problem.

Can i fit forks from a different bikes

Yes, forks can be swapped in some cases. First, the diameter of the replacement forks must be the same as the old forks. The length of the forks will need to be close to the original also. Often the entire wheel and brake assembly must change also because the brake hub from a Honda will not fit Suzuki forks. The speedometer may also be a factor because the old cable may not fit the new hub.

Try a salvage yard. Google " motorcycle salvage suzuki " and see what you can find/

Removing the carburator on a suzuki drz, 125.

It is quiet easy, you remove the seat then the fuel tank this will expose the carburetor then its simply a matter of disconecting fuel line and unscrewing attachement screws. why do you need to do this? I would be very careful doing this as any dirt or dust or grime getting in can have huge impact

Gear Selecting

it might be your gears which are worn out and causing gear slips.. but there is high probability of your clutch plates getting spoilt.. the clutch plated work as disengaging the gears shaft to the main engine shaft.. sometimes when the clutch plates are very much use enough..,they stop working and cant retain to disengage the gears.. so first of all get your clutch checked well and then preoceed if it doesn't fix your problem.. heyii there is a shaft coming ut of the engine crank that connects to your transmission shaft which drives your gears and hence wheels.. so your 2nd gear must have worn out and for that reason the gear isn't working well.. get your gear box opened and check the gear.. Gz125 gear lever moving inwards on shaft

Yes it does have either a "sir-clip" or a "C-clip" that holds the shaft in place. You mentioned the bike was dropped, this is very typical when that happens. If the lever is part of a linkage system you will find a groove on the shaft that that is moving where the clip belongs. If it is a sir-clip there is a good chance it is just popped off the groove and all you may have to do is slip it back on by pushing it with a screw driver, if the clip is gone you may be able to measure the shaft diameter and go to the local automotive parts house and get a standard snap ring that will fit your shaft.

Suzuki MOTORCYCLE GZ125 won't start up and run, more info below, any ideas?

not a car , moved you to MC MARAUDER! right? NO YEAR TOLD AT ALL. oops. bad that. 2007 is last I think. buy the service manual and read what 1L+5S error code means my guess is fuel pressure dead. and filters this are packed in gunk and or bad gas there. it will start using test fuel spray , but stalls in 3 seconds. due to FI fuel injections are dead. fuse bad. or any of all things FI uses to inject can be bad, even crank sensor. etc. buy the manual read the FI chapter and that code (errors) causes, fuses blown. bad fuel ,and the results of that clogged fuel filters and injector. bad fuel pump or clogged or pump or relay bad. bad sensors to EFI, CMP or CKP any bad input to ECU will do this (fail) 1998 to 2007, early were CARB fuel and manual easy to find the 2007 has TBI throttle body injection like 1990 cars had all this can fail.\ I see all parts here. (for sale or obsolete) https://www.motorcyclespareparts.eu/en/suzuki-parts/2007-gz125-marauder-motorcycles/throttle-body-assembly
