F1 red stays lit, and
F1 is actually FI, Fuel Injection. The sensors on the injection system have found a problem and are alerting you to have the system Checked. Go to a dealer and let them hook up a code reader. The reader will show what the sensors have found. Then you can decide if you want to do the repair because it is simple (like a dirty air filter), or have the shop do the repair because you really don't want to replace the injectors yourself. Please rate my answer. Thanks.

Check you have voltage on the ignition switch first. If you haven't follow the colours back to the fuse holder and then the battery. Likewise the other way from the switch and to the engine ignition system.

Try removing the saddle. There is probably a bolt under the front of the saddle that holds the tank down, once removed the tank should slide backwards and can be lifted off, disconnect the fuel lines too. Drain the tank thought the fuel outlet, although you will not get all the fuel our, even on the 'reserve' setting. push a rag partially into the tank and shake it, this will mop up a lot of the residual fuel, use compressed air to evaporate the remainder. Beware or smokers or open flames, even some distance away under these circumstances.

Have you checked the side stand switch it could be covered with sticky chain lube thus not letting you start the bike?
01 gsxr 1000 acting funny
This is an interesting problem, firstly did it start doing it after fill-up? if so you could have got a dose of bad fuel, simple drain and refill should have it going OK, don't forget to drain the whole fuel system. Secondly check to see if any vacuum lines have come off, if this is the case listen for any light hissing noises and chase it out. Thirdly Check you spark plugs for fouling and any cracks in the insulators, it could also be a coil breaking down.

Test the horn fuse and horn relay if you have one. If you have power to horn switch test to see if you have power coming out when horn button is pressed. This can be done without power if you want you are merely checking to see if pressing and releasing the button changes whether you have continuity or not. If that tests okay then test the horn itself with a fused jumper to the battery. Remember - test fuses and wires first and ensure all connections are tight.

I need to adjust my front brake handle. I would
If you want to move the whole lever assembly, remove the plastic allen bolt covers, insert the proper allen head (10?) unscrew, and adjust for your comfort. Most models have a pin located on the lever, that rests in a hole on the handle bars to keep it from slipping while riding. If this is the case, you can not move them without grinding off the pin locator.
2000 model gsx-r 1000. Power response.
it sounds like a carb problem.. the jets need adjusting or they might be clogged up a little or if yours is injected the same thing would apply...i would purchase a Can of Sea Foam from Autozone $10 and pour 1/3 can into 2 gals fuel and run it on the open highways for about 10 to 15 miles getting on it once in awhile but do it safely. let me know if this has helped thanks.

I have no low beam
Sounds like your low beam relay isn't working, try swapping it with the high beam relay to see if it cures, if it does pop down to a Suzuki dealer to get yourself a new one, if it doesn't then check all the connections in between switchgear and relay, relay and headlight for corrosion.
How do you adjust the headlight up and down on a
There should be 2 screws on each side which holds the light housing, losen then about 2 turns, adjust the headlight accordingly and tighten all back again. If you are doing it yourself, do it in your dark garage or at night time (dusk) so you can see the height you wanted.
