the oil level is max upper line on the sight glass on engine/ coolant level is max at upper level of expansion bottle as to the gears from neutral first is up and the rest are down

It sounds like the seals or u might have a leak in the system

Sounds like you either need to adjust the clutch cable - there should be a little bit of play in it before it disengages the clutch - or you need a new clutch kit (plates, springs, etc). What mileage is on the bike and has the clutch ever been changed?

The clutch needs to be bled. Add brake fluid to the clutch master cylinder on the handlebar by removing the top cap and diaphragm. Put the cap, etc back in place and tighten the mount screws a bit. Tighten the hose fittings at both ends. Where the hose ends at the transmission is a bleeder bolt. Pump the clutch handle three or four times and hold it in. Now loosen the bleeder bolt and fluid and air will squirt out of the bleeder. Close the bleeder bolt and then release the clutch handle. Repeat this process until only fluid comes from the bleeder. It is not under the seat! It is under the engine,and it is kinda a pain in the *** to get to..altho,most batteries on bikes are located under the seat,the suzuki intruder is not!

Your bike has a hydraulic clutch set up. It is not adjustable.

i gather the bike runs. your question is a bit vague.if the motor cuts out when you put it in gear and go to take off.i think the side stand has a cut out switch it may be faulty.to test find where the wires connect to main wiring loom disconnect plug. if you have a spare peice of wire with the same connections so you can by pass the switch. if the bike runs and the switch needs to be repaced.

The suzuki 800 is a V-TWIN CYLINDER. There are 2 spark plugs...

There is a fuel filter in the gas tank and there may be and in-line (Fuel Line) filter as well.

Check spark plugs or carb jets .could be fuel or electrical problem

THE CLUTCH PLATES COULD BE WORN ALSO THERE ARE ADJUSTMENTS BY THE CLUTCH LEVER TURN IT COUNTER CLOCK WISE TO TAKE SLACK OUT OF THE CLUTCH CABLE

Suzuki normally use 2 pinch bolts on the fork legs, these will loosen the axle, you then need a removal tool to insert into the axle to turn it. It will be tight so get a good lever to assist.

It could decrease it slightly since more fuel is going to the cylinders. It would be very little if any difference. Also, if the bike still runs fine after changing the pipes, rejetting is optional. Some pipes don't change exhaust flow enough to require rejetting. They say it adds power and throttle response, but from years of experience, I have only noticed a difference on a few bikes.
