Manuals for the 89-95 gsf 250 bandit are only online due to it being an import bike but most suzuki dealers will print you off the pages that you need and assist you with any information required.

1.Do you have a fuel filter? maybe it's clogged up, and needs to be cleaned or replaced.
2.If no fuel filter, it could be you need to clean your carburateur.
hope its the first, but no worries if it's the second, it's quite easy to do.

If by jumpy, you mean it pops out of gear, you likely have internal transmission damage. This is common in second gear as some riders will overrev first and slam second gear, causing damage to the gear dogs in the transmission.

You will not be able to get new carbs but you can find used ones fairly easy, send off a used part request to the company at the web link below, this is just one source, at Fixya we have no parts resources other a web search, we provide tech support and have no access to parts.

It sounds as though there is a hole in the exhaust causing air to get in, when mixture is a bit too lean air will get in and fire as gases build up in the header pipes. Check for leaks in the exhaust and also intake, lean mixture is the problem

Is choke engaged and working?
Are all plugs clean / new?
Is petrol fresh?
Are compressions OK?

its still sucking in air try using a thicker gasket and taking out the "o" ring this may seal the air leak its that or a replacment carb

start with the spark plugs if no spark from them take the cap off see if there is spark from ht lead if not test the coils,make sur there is batery life

Suzuki Bandit 250 1996 model has a ******* caburator, pl clean the caburator and ride daily,when you ride the bike pl continue the rpm level between 4 and 6, dont take suzuki brand again pl goto next time honda brand..honet... etc...................................

Indicator relay is not used by your alarm, so that is probably the first place to look.

If you tried to start the engine for any length of time, the plug would be damp and smell of petrol because fuel was being drawn into the combustion chamber. Without spark to ingnite the mixture, it would cause the plug to become damp. I am assuming you fitted the correct spark plug and that it is gapped correctly.

I don't mean this to sound foolish, but I would suggest you make certain the emergency kill switch has not been accidentally switched off. Also, if you have a sidestand safety interlock that prevents the engine being started while the side stand is down, flip up the sidestand and try again to start it.

Additionally, to make sure the plug wire is securely fitted to the plug. It is possible that the inside of the plug wire cap has gathered moisture and may need to be wiped dry.

If none of the above suggestions solve the problem, remove the plug then reconnect it to the plug wire and hold it near the cylinder - but not near the plug hole in the cylinder head (fuel vapors) - while pressing the starter . You should see an obvious spark. No spark likely means the coil is faulty.

which motor oil use yamaha FZ 750, 1987 year, tipe and gradation

Try putting in higher gear. Compression may be to strong for low gear push.

you d need the piston ,rings ,etc to go to a 400cc bore to use that barrel so may not be able to use it on a 250
