Not sure where to fill rad. on bike, do not have manual. 86 lx.

The Radiator is filled through the plastic cap in the right upper fairing pocket. Remove the right lockable cover on your LX and in the forward part of it there is a black round screw cap. Fill the fluid up to the mark on the side of that tank. There are two overflow plastic tanks in there. Do not put the fluid directly into the cap in the radiator directly as you will not get the correct level. Join the email group at www.suzukicavalcade.com for further contact.

Motor hole seal

JB will do it temporarly. Make shure the buyer know of the problem.you can it get it done by an aluminum welder for cheap. friend had it done for like 20 bucks at a local car shop with an experienced aluminum welder. seems like thatw s a deal as i was estimated at 50 for a job. but better then a 600 dollar casing, or putting jb on it

The Oil drain plug is in the oil pan on the bottom of the engine may be in the front of the pan it is a big head bolt probably 19mm

alternator and regulator are both on the left side regulator is just under the fairing by your battery and the alternator is just by the gear selector behind the casing

Check you battery cables. Make sure there is no bad ground or any corrosion. If you have a bad ground to the battery, engine or frame this can cause electrical problems. 1996 suzuki calvalcade how tdo

Use an Allen socket to unscrew the headlight mounting bolts on either side of the headlight, and lower the headlight to the forks.Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the pan-head screws from the cover. Pull the cover away from the meter bracket. Use a hex socket to unscrew the bolts that secure the bracket to the steering yoke. Pull the bracket away from the steering yoke.Flip the meter bracket over and unscrew the pair of bolts that secure the ignition switch with a hex socket. Pull the ignition switch out of the meter bracket.Follow the ignition switch's wiring harness to the motorcycle's main wiring harness. Squeeze the switch's connector and pull it off of the main wiring harness.

Where is the rectifier located on my 2004 suzuki katana 600

Behind the radiator on the left side. It is the device with cooling fins, even though the electronic parts are embedded in rubber paste.The location isn't ideal and sudden defects leave people stranded so what people do is relocate the regulator/rectifier to a cooler place. Perhaps to the air inlet, under the air filter. Follow the three, mostly, yellow cables that originate from the stator when you don't find it behind the radiator.

Why my Suzuki TF 125 losses power in the midway? What are the causes for such loss of power?

What do you mean by "Midway"? How old is this motorbike? What exactly did you do to clean the carburettor? Is it a new spark plug and a new, clean air filter? Did you empty the fuel tank to remove the fuel tap to clean the filter on the inside of the tap? Is it doing anything else? Things like - is it hard to start, has heavier exhaust smoke or it has a rough and uneven idle.

I own a 2009 Suzuki Boulevard. Problem is the motor is jammed. It turns but only half a turn before it hits something solid inside. what are the possibilities it could be that is causing the problem

A broken timing chain is the most likely cause, the piston is hitting an open valve, or you have a dropped valve or a stuck valve. Another possibility is something jamming behind behind the side covers.The key would be how you discovered this? Bypass immobilizer on 2007 Suzuki R6

You can't, the computerized system is in place to stop exactly what you are trying to do, Steal the bike without the correct credentials. You can't reprogram or over-ride the computer. You need a bike electrician.

Crankcase seems hot on my Suzuki sv 1000s after running it for a short while

The crank case will be almost as hot as the oil flowing around the engine, lubricating the bearings.

2000 Suzuki Katana AY50. The one headlight flickers, the left turn signals don't work and the tail light has dimmed. Also the horn stopped working. Any ideas folks?

Question edited for a lot more clarity. BTW it isn't a Moped because it doesn't have pedals 'Motorised and Pedal operated - 'mo ped'. It is a Scooter. Here is your service manual. Check all connectors for corrosion, check fuses and grounds on the lights. It may be a voltage rectifier issue. Probably need a good electrician.

2000 Marauder. It turns over. Why doesn't it crank?

If it runs on starter fluid that means it's not a spark issue. This is most likely a fuel starvation problem. You need to start at the tank and work all the way through the fuel system all the way to the cylinder. If your getting fuel at the filter go to the next part in the system and check for fuel from that point. When was the Carburettor last serviced? A dirty/worn jet or a dirty/worn float needle can cause issues. Try this. Don't use starter fluid. Spin the engine over for 2 to 3 seconds. Turn the Ignition Off. Remove a spark plug and look at it. Your checking to see if it's wet with fuel. Giving it a sniff sometimes helps. Refit that plug and repeat this for the other cylinder. If they are wet the engine is getting fuel. Check your air filter. You'll be surprised how much trouble a dirty one can cause. If these all check out OK check the fuel pump relay. If it's faulty it won't turn on the fuel pump when you try to start the bike.
