I have Suzuki DF90A and t h e speedo is not working I cleared the in take hole on the leg but it is stil l not although it worked partially.

I take it that this is a question about a boat and outboard motor if that is the case it is a pitot tube operated speedo that require water pressure in a tube to register speed on the gauge try removing the tube from the back of the gauge and blowing down to the hole to blow our mud , sand or weeds as just inside the part in the water may be blocked up

2006 Suzuki RM-Z250 won't change from 1st to 2nd.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to Suzuki. Normally caused by cracked return springs or bent selectors, but in your case, it's not. There is a shift kit available to fix the issue because it is well known. http://www.factorypro.com/prod_pages/prods,rm-z250,07-13.html https://www.google.com/search?q=2006+suzuki+rm-z250+shifting+problems ..

Is a 2001 Suzuki bandit gsf 1200cc motorcycle liquid cooled or is it air cooled??? And where is the radiator cap located on the bike???

That model is Air cooled. On other water cooled motorcycles the radiator cap is often directly on one end of the radiator itself.

Where is the switch for the headlights on a 2001 Suzuki Bandit 1200cc motorcycle

Headlight controls are usually on you left hand. There should be a large rocker switch above the indicator switch. Can you comment below with photos of the controls? A simple test is to try all of the switches on the handle bars. You won't hurt the bike doing it. Being a 2001 bike the controls might have been changed for some reason during it's life, (It is a 20 year old bike). The photo below is a standard switch gear so it should give you an idea of what to look for. cebad869-8d3c-478b-9832-048c8d2eb45d-undefined-undefined-0.jpeg

On a 1980 Suzuki GS1000 where is the fuse to power the headlights and turn signals

The fuse box is often mounted under the seat or behind one of the small side fairings directly beIow the seat. I think on your bike it is behind the Left side trim panel, (gears side). There are 5 or 6 fuses, a 15A that is the main fuse and a set of 10A fuses for other features on the bike. Check all of the 10A fuses and I think the one you need is the second one down. *Note* ALWAYS replace fuses with the same rating as the one you took out! Try this website. It's a copy of a workshop manual for the GS series of bikes. https://gsarchive.bwringer.com/mtsac/~cliff/storage/gs/GS1000_C-E-S-L_Manual.pdf
