Make sure to put every thing you take of in order and if needed do a drawing so that you can see what part goes where .The last part you take off will be the first part you put back on .

check to see if it is firingif it`s not firing it`s probably the coiland if it`s firing check to see if it`s easier to crank over than usual if so then there is no compression in which case u may have a big problem but i doubt that`s the problem 9 times out of ten when a bike wont start it`s the fire or maybe u forgot to turn the gas off and it`s flooded if u want to know if it`s flooded take out the spark pluge put a lighter by the hole and crank it over and u might be able to dry it out like that too

the bike will like backfire/misfire and if i hold the throttle steady it will backfire like 2 times again....and it does this while riding at a steady pace too...it just started it didint do it a week ago. i didnt change anything except a new air filter..fuel screw is 2.5 turns out . the timing valve clearances and everything is in spec. is this a sympton of it being rich or lean? and it doesnt do it on chokeYes, it could (and probably is) be an air leak. Check to be sure the carb is tight in the intake manifold, and make sure the hot-start isn't loose and is sealing properly. Also make sure all of the exhaust system joints are tight, an air leak in the exhaust will make a four-stroke pop and backfire like an old work truck with no muffler...,,,

pls elabret the question .... because if u want to change the turn signal then its easy simply follow the wiring or if u want a parking light style flash then u can get some controler kind of the thing from ebay

This is usually a sign that the inside O-Ring seal of your water pump is is bad and allowing coolant to pass into your transmission. You can tell by the milky white color. Disassemble and replace all water pump gaskets and O-Rings. Drain and replace your transmission oil.

Seeing as how you have had the engine rebuilt, I would start with the carburetor. It could be that the float is not functioning properly, or that you have a dirty jet. It could also be the firing system, and you may want to check that out.

its a white connection under the sprocket side at the side of the tank under the plastics its allready plugged in simply pull it apart and plug it in where it fits

THIS SOUNDS LIKE A CLASSIC FUEL STARVATION, PROBLEM
CHECK FOR RESTRICTONS IN THE FUEL LINE, FUEL TAP, AND THROTTLE BODY, YOU MAY BE ABLE TO REMOVE A DRAIN SCREW IN YOUR THROTTLE BODDIES TO LET OUT ANY OLD FUEL OR WATER WHICH MAY HAVE FOUND ITS WAY IN TO THE SYSTEM,

006" intake and 008" exhaust

Check engine compression, it looks like an engine seizure or damaged.

KTM are leakers- Pull side case and grommet the in side

is the battery charging by engine

Make sure you have the right oil in the engine. Wet type clutches do not take kindly to motor ils not designed for wet type clutches. I' bet a cup of coffee
