Witch way do the grooves go on clutch on 87 kx125

Instructions
  1. Street Motorcycles
    • 1 Mount your Ninja or Eliminator motorcycle and lift it off of the kickstand. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "ON" position.
    • 2 Reach down to the base of the fuel tank with your left hand and turn the fuel valve, or petcock, to the "ON" position. This will place the fuel valve lever in the 6 o'clock position.
    • 3 Place the engine kill switch on the right handlebar into the "RUN" position.
    • 4 Pull in the clutch lever and depress the starter button on the right handlebar to start the motor.

The bike does not hit thepower band

Need to know the year of the bike, but you may find that your powervalve is not working or lifting up to open the exhaust port fully.Does it rev cleanly otherwise? You could also have a carb issue if it doesn't.

I also find that if the bike has a high mileage the carbon build up in the expansion chamber will be too much and then it will need to be burnt out...this can improve the performance significantly.

Please leave some positive feedback for me if this solves your problem and get back to me if you need to.

Thanks

Hey guys. Just wondering what

Proper proceedure would include a 17 or 19mm allen socket for the end of the axle, but normally you can get the axle nut loose by leaving the 2 pinch bolts tight in that end of the axle. So, in order-
1-remove axle nut. 2-remove 2 bolts holding the brake caliper to the fork and tie it back out of the way.3 loosen the pinch bolts at the bottom of both fork tubes, this will allow the axle to slide out. There will be a spacer on the rotor side of the wheel for the bearing, remember this when you reinstall.
Installation-1-clean and lightly grease the axle and inside the bearing seals. 2-install spacer on rotor side of the wheel. 3-reinstall wheel onto the forks, tighten axle nut, leave the pinch bolts loose. 4-with the pinch bolts loose, compress the forks down-this insures that they are parallel to each other. If they forks aren't parallel, they will wear the bushings and fork seals prematurely. 5-tighten the pinch bolts to about 15NM. 6-torque axle nut to 40NM. 7-reinstall caliper.

99 kawasaki kx 125 2-stroke wont start or stay

I would check the compression of the piston, the rings could be stuck and not have good compression. It should show 120 psi or more. Also can pull off the exhaust and look in the exhaust port to see the rings, piston, and cylinder walls. If the motor has a power valve make sure that is not gummed up or stuck. Mark C

Too much oil came out

There should be no oil coming out of the tail pipe at all. You do not say what type of machine it is, therefore I must assume it is a two stroke. Check the oil delivery/mixture, somewhere you are getting too much oil into the gas.
If it is a four stroke there may be a problem with worn rings or valve stem seals.
