05 zzr 600 dies when driving and wont start back up

How long has the bike been sitting? Sounds like the carbs may be gummed up,and in need of a professional cleaning, and re-synchronizing.

MY MOTORCYCLE STARTS UP WITH CHOKE, BUT THEN TURNS OFF.

You have to just tune up your air fuel combution chamber with a proper setting as this happens when this setting has been changed. Just go to a proper service center and do a service of your bike and ask them to check setting of it. According to me the optimized ratio to air is to fuel (AIR:FUEL) should be (9:1) for better performance of bike. But it is better to ask service center technician as it veries according to surround environment, fuel inatake by vehical, etc.....

Tring to start, but have no spark

Mark, I think that's a fun Idea...You will need a switch or ignition to operate with functionality...as advice I can offer for a hardwire connection I would go to a local autoparts store and get a simple key operated on/off ignition and install it to where you can have constant power, an on and off position and an accessory switch cost is less than $20 mount it some where easily accessible and out of the way at the same time bc some mounting locatins the key may risk being bent or broken off...

When removing the top triple clamp from a93 Zzr 600 e1 how do I remove the blind bolts from the bottom of the ignition barel ? Where the wiring is located ?

They are shear bolts...the heads are designed to snap off when first fitted to make it hard to remove them for security reasons . Usual method of removal is to drill them out and replace them with cap heads.
