Dropped the bike

the sensor is located on the left hand side of your bike between the motor and the fairing at about the height of your blinkers ,its a small black box shape, rubber mounted that slips over a metal bracket , the sensor is about one and a half inches long and one inch wide and needs to be in its original position to function correctly.

My cooling fan isnt kicking

Yes, There is a coolant temp switch which kicks the fan on at a certain temp. It's usally right in the block. If you buy a new one, look at it and find the part on the bike that looks exactally like it. I am not sure exalctlly where it is on that bike.

05 zx10r wont rev above 10 000 rpm

Are you speaking of 10K+ in top gear? If so you usually don't find bikes able to pull to the redline in top gear. Try 5th gear.
If the bike won't pull in other gears try these fixes first. Put new plugs in (correct gap), check and or replace air cleaner element, replace fuel with at least 93 rated. If you find the gas has ethanol in it, then this could be a problem..it takes 25% more ethanol to provide the same amount of energy as gasoline.
Usually plugs and restricted airflow are the prime reasons higher RPM cannot be reached. Let me know if this helps.

Fuel pump not turning on, I can put power to it

under your seat is a self diagnosis plug. should be a a single wire on the left side. turn on your bike and connect that wire to ground enabling you to read the codes by counting the flashes on your dash. your Fi indicator should tell you a code, your owners manual or local dealer will tell you what the code is. you can also google for zx-10r fi codes. start here

Just purchased a 2004 zx10r

yes it would if the chain is worn. what grade oil is in the bike and despite the noise are you able to get the rev's up and good power.

often just a heavier grade oil will work although you don't want to do that in a colder climate

Front brakes binding

if pistons can be manually pushed back, then you may have **** in the brake line going to that caliper. a blockage will cause that. the piston seals may be damaged. they are square so when the piston goes out, the seal rocks forward but wants to pull the piston back when pressure is released.don't pull the caliper apart unless you know what your doing. and if you do then i don't need to explain the process.

How do I remove seat to change the battery please?

if it is a zx10r 05 model there is a rear plastic cover that is directly behind the rear passengers seat which also wraps around both sides of the bike to meet both side covers ,on the left hand side of the rear cover there is a key barrel that unlocks the rear seat ,but the key is barrel hidden and can only be seen by looking underneath and the key is inserted with the main plastic (black handle)bit facing toward the ground and the metal part of the key will be pointing towards the sky ,so you will have to sit on the ground to see it and look or feel under to find it and when you do it will remove rear seat so when you turn the key lift up on the front of the rear seat to remove it then you will see that the front seat is held down by a bolt .

Kawasaki calls for 576 +-4ml of fork oil. You can change the height to change the damping of the forks (less oil = softer, more oil = harder) The front suspension is a 43mm Inverted Cartridge Fork with Adjustable. 09 ninja zx 10 r layed down on left side now will not start

This is maybe a 15 minute job. The dealership will charge you probably an hour for labor and a hefty markup on the oil and filter. It's not only faster than having to take it somewhere, you will also save probably close to $100 every time it needs a change.Drain plug is way down on the bottom of the engine. It's easy to over torque when you're putting it back on so use a torque wrench and tighten to 22 ft-lb. Assuming you change the filter you'll need 3.9 quarts of 10W-40 oil. I never take the plastic off and I just hand tighten the filter from below. If you want to torque the filter on (13 ft-lb) you'll need the left fairing off. If this is the first change the filter will be black and you can access it from underneath the bike on the left side. Lay on the floor and reach right between the headers and the engine.I also recommend you follow these steps: (1) drain the old oil, (2) fill the new oil until you can see it in the sight glass (3) remove the old filter (4) pour new oil into the filter to soak it (5) install the new filter (6) start up and let it run for a couple minutes (7) shut off and add oil as necessary until the level is in the middle of the sight glass.BMW ACCESSORIES.
