When removing the top triple clamp from a93 Zzr 600 e1 how do I remove the blind bolts from the bottom of the ignition barel ? Where the wiring is located ?

They are shear bolts...the heads are designed to snap off when first fitted to make it hard to remove them for security reasons . Usual method of removal is to drill them out and replace them with cap heads.

Tyre presure

The pressures should be listed in your manual depending on the type of tyres (tires?) you're using. Set this pressure and away you go. It will list details of what to change if you have a pillion passenger but as far as I'm aware the pressure quoted should work both with and without

How do you replace clutch on kawasaki zzz 600?

* Turn the clutch adjustment knob all the in allowing slack in the cable.* Remove the clutch lever from the perch by removing the pivot bolt. (you will find that after you remove the pivot bolt)* Move the tip of the clutch opposite of normal operation until it is pointing strait forward, it puts the lever in position to release the cable. The perch removal and replacement is strait forward. Just put it back together the opposite way and adjust the free-play in you clutch as the manual states.-IRC Motorcycle Tires combined with good quality components
