Did it fall off the back of a truck while turning? Have you checked the ditch?

Have you checked the main fuse? It's usually a 30amp fuse by itself and if you tried to jump the bike and connected the cables wrong, or accidentally connected the battery cables wrong when you put the new battery in, you may have blown the fuse.

You have a vac tube to front of fuel tap, larger one to rear of carbs top. A balance tube going across from both sides. Its fairly simple But if you own the bike buy a Haynes manual it will save you loads

There is a screw underneath the carburetor float bowl chamber on the very base of the carburetor, undo and remove. Alternatively, there are four cross head screws on each corner of the bowls, remove these and cup hand under bowl to remove as there is a fibre gasket and may stick to either or both parts. Remove bowls to clean out any sediment and carby jets can be accessed inside bottom of the carburetor's.

no, it is automatic adjustment only, once it has reached it's end, you must replace the chain

either way, or you have to adjust the idle on this carb, or maybe the float in the carb, or the jets are dirty. try doing a clean up on that carb.

You have to get the book on this one to redo your forks, If you are replacing a seal or just topping them off, you shouldn't have a leak, but the fork oil is special from any bike shop and the amount is kinda critical, so find a book with the amount of oil needed. Usually you would remove the forks, lay them in a big long pan, pull the ends, and pull the springs and seals out, squeeze them back together and fill them with oil. Hope this helps.

No you have to remove forks, slacken the bolt in bottom of leg to take upper tube out of lower, then change seals.
