I need a free service manual for a 1994 kawasaki
If you have a BitTorrent client then there is a money-free, virus-free, English copy of the manual
here.
I've downloaded it myself and all seems OK. If you haven't used torrents before then let me know and I can either give you a crash course or find some way of getting the one i downloaded to you.
Hope this helps.

Matt
I think me head gasket
I agree, the oil musn't have any water in it or it will damage your engine.
Whip the heads off and fit a new gasket set.
Need coil to sparkplug wiring diagram
looking at your motor from the front wheel ......coil on left side bottom tower wire goes to first plug
on left, top tower wire goes to the last plug on right.
right side coil bottom tower wire goes to left side no# 2 or 2nd plug in . The right top tower wire
goes to 2nd plug from right, I hope that is what you were asking . I do not have picture but this
is simple enough. Ok Good luck
Zx9r b1 coolant loss when running emulsified
could be head or pump, but if no missfire or smoke from exhaust I suspect the pump seals, cheaper and easier to check and renew pump seals first then flush engine and renew oil and filter, then keep an eye on oil after that.
1994 ZX-9R, Having to turn the ignition key on and
starter solenoid/relay going bad maybe? if the ignition switch was bad, it would be bad all the time and since you said its rideable 80% and doesnt loose any horse power, then its not the pump! if i helped let me know. Feedback!
Zx9r b1 not much leaver on front brake fitted new
hi,this might help, this is a fairly common problem, locate the bolt that holds the brake line onto the master cylinder, pump the lever 3 or 4 times, crack the bolt and bleed the air out of the master cylinder, you may have to do it a couple of times to get all the air out,it takes very little air to create a problem..put a rag or something down so as not to spill fluid onto your paint, brake fluid just loves paint..hope this helps...cheers
