I need the firing order for the spark wires on a 2000 isuzu rodeo 2 wheel drive
How do you reinstall a stock airbox on a 93
you will probably need to pull the carbs off, then put the air box in place but with no bolts and push it all the way backwards. then refit the carbs into the intake rubbers, then move the air box forward to refit the air boots.
Usually lose a bit of skin from knuckles.
some wd spray on the rubbers may help, especialy if they are a bit hard.
Hi,my zephyr 1100 keeps flooding back on
onee of you carbs needle and seat is not closing all the way if you leave the gas on and remove the overflow tubes from each carb yuo should see this one leaking make sure bike is sitting up right so fuel isnt just running to one side
I''m doing carburetor maintenance and freeing up
Since the jet increase is minimal you might not need to do anything, but first I would suggest riding for a few miles at reasonably high revs(close to full throttle),kill the motor and pull in the clutch, then remove at least one of your plugs(all four would be best) to check the colour.
If burning a nice light brown then your main jets are OK ,or if darker then you may have to revert back to your old jets.If the bike is accelerating smoothly, then your needles are OK.If you are getting a flat spot you need to raise the needles or rough mid-range,lower the needles, but since you have the carbs apart, just check needles for wear and replace if ness.
If you are experiencing either of these in mid-range ,even after raising/lowering the needles you might have to fit other needles(DYNOJET perhaps)to increase or decrease the fuel as necessary.
Hope this helps, and please leave fair comment if it does
Thank you
Need to know fork fluid amount for 93 zr1100
The correct way is to remove the tops of the forks and pull out the springs, then fully compress the fork legs and fill them to 150mm or 6inches from the top. Refit springs and tops and you are ready to ride.
I just brought a 93 zr1100 and I have now manuel.
You can do a free download of a factory service manual at the site below. Yours is the 11th from the top of the Kawasaki list. The list doesn't say what year the manual is for so you have to download to find out. You can always delete the file if it isn't what you need. Even if it is a couple of years off, the service procedures change very little year to year.

I have a 2002 Kawasaki Mean Streak 1500 I'm customizing it can the rectifier be moved so it's not just hanging there.
Absolutely, the rectifier on your Kawasaki Mean Streak 1500 can be repositioned during a customization project. The rectifier is a crucial part of the motorcycle's electrical system, converting alternating current (AC) from the stator into direct current (DC) to charge the battery and power the bike's electrical components.
While relocating the rectifier, it's important to consider a few key factors:
- Space and Mounting: Assess the available space on the motorcycle to find a suitable location for the rectifier. Ensure that the new position allows for proper mounting and secure attachment without interfering with other components or the bike's functionality.
- Heat Dissipation: The rectifier generates heat during operation, so it's essential to relocate it to an area with adequate airflow for cooling. Mounting it in a well-ventilated area helps prevent overheating issues.
- Wiring and Connections: When moving the rectifier, ensure that the wiring can be appropriately rerouted to reach its new location. Take care to maintain proper electrical connections and ensure a secure, stable wiring setup.
- Protection: Consider adding protective measures, such as shields or guards, to safeguard the relocated rectifier from road debris, water, or other potential hazards.
Modifying the placement of the rectifier may require custom brackets, mounts, or fabrication work to secure it in the desired location. It's crucial to execute the relocation carefully, maintaining proper electrical connections and ensuring the rectifier's safety and functionality.
If you're not confident in performing these modifications yourself, consulting a professional motorcycle mechanic or technician with experience in customizations can be highly beneficial. They can offer guidance, expertise, and ensure that the modifications are carried out safely and effectively.
