Hello, What is the redline on the tachometer? Exceeding the factory redline WILL NOT get you any more power!! In fact you lose power after the factory redline!! If it will not rev freely to the factory redline in 3 or 4th gear ,, you have other problems!! Take it to a professional!!

sounds like when it tipped over you may have pinched or cut a wire somewhere. I'd check wiring front to back. Good luck.

Not much to say other than...... after my nightmare I made the decision to always throw bearings on if wheel coming off! MAy as well. Other than that, simple 3 bricks each side of forks, patience knocking spindle out and grease when knocking it back in. If struggling, consider how it handles on cornering too? Is your spindle running concentric - not bent? That why its tough to get out? Not sure if you're asking for details how to do the job or whether struggling to get it out? Not an expert just got zx7r.

Maybe the choke once on is not turning off fully? When running and you stick choke on in normal circumstances, it gets all "stally" doesn't it? Found my cable simply sticking choke half on on my zx7r.

Probably, the gears get wear from time, and will do this. It's a big job to fix. I would get a good mechanics opinion.

go to a junkyard and get a used lid its a lot easier then guesstimating on fuses

Remove the headlight to get to the wires inside the headlight housing. The wires are color coded; white to white, black to black, blue to blue, etc. Look for loose and disconnected wires and fittings. Find the headlight switch wires and check the switch with a volt ohmmeter. Is power getting to the switch? Look for any burned wires also.

did you pull the pistons completely out of the caliperand clean the inside of the caliper?If not,do so.also,clean the master cylinder and or the brake lines

hey there,, just gonna guess that u are tryin to bleed the caliper with it on the wheel already,,if u are m8 then itl take ages to pressure up,, im takin it that the caliper has never been split appart b4,, so any way,,take the caliper off the wheel ,but still leave it connected to the brake line,,take pads out to, and just place a pad in between the to pistons,,fill up the resevoir with fluid,, leave the cap off and just put the rubber cap in ,,start pumpin the foot brake,u should see the pistons moving,,keep pumpin till the pistons are a fair way in,, then if u have some put some copper grease on the pistons, then prize them back in,,then replace the pads then pump the foot brake again,just to check,its all moving,, put caliper bk on the wheel ,then bleed as normal,, gettin all air bubbles out,, ,hope that all makes sense m8,, any probs ,,shout and stage 2 story il tell yuh,, cheers now

hi there,,there are fuses or fuse 4 the pump,, have a quick check of them,, but could be
a break in the pump wire between the ignition and the pump,, follow the the wire from the pump to the block connector,, check that its connected and not gone green coroded,,
from the block connector u just checked,, follow to the ignition, usally there will be another block connector,,,,if all is cool, and clean,, this isnt recommended mate,, but to try it run a wire from the battery or a power source from the ignition ,which would be best,, from the ignition, to the pump,, ignition would switch pump on, and off wen not using it,, but from the battery it would keep pumping when switched off,, ,,

moved you out of cars Kawasaki's buy new harness or used. get the service manual , yes they do exits on all cars and MC get that at dealer get it googling www get it on ebay, etc. best is own a service manual if DOING< DIY service, it pays back money, ever time it is used so is FREE.

Rarely will both coils fail. Try disconnecting blk wire with yellow stripe from cdi. Check fire again, if fire is good you !likely have a bad ign switch. If there is still no fire, you will need to test trigger, stater. Also remember the can position senor. Test denser to specs. If cambsenser can't tell cdi where number 1 piston is, there will be no fire. Let me know how it works out for you.

I would say the slave cylinder is going bad.

Does your new switch have a resistor in the bottom of it as the original one does but cheap copies don't and it will not spark if it has no resistor,I have been here before with a gpz500 s
