2006 Honda ANF125 Innova Questions & Answers
I need to know the best oil for honda innova 125
Use 10w40 motor oil in the gear box. Don't use any synthetic oils, oil marked "EC", or oil with "special" additives. Stick with the major brands; Pennzoil, Quaker State, Mobil or Shell.

Smoke from exuest
Exhaust smoke from an air-cooled engine will either be oil or excess fuel. On an Innova it will be oil as the engine will not run with a fuel mixture rich enough to show unburned fuel in the exhaust
Oil smoke is generally caused by worn piston rings or worn exhaust valve guides.
Worn piston rings will show smoke all the time the engine is running. Worn valve guides will generate a puff of smoke after the throttle is re-opened after it has been held open for a while and then shut off.
The only cure is to replace the worn components and that may include a new piston/cylinder assembly as on these bikes, a re-bore is more expensive than replacement.
In both cases the engine wear is because the engine oil used failed to deal with the heat of the piston rings and/or valve guides, The usual reason is that the engine was used hard, the oil wasn't of good enough quality to deal with the heat, and broke down around the engine's hottest parts.
If you are going to abuse any small engine, use a (non car brand specific) fully synthetic oil like Amsoil 0w-40, Mobil 1 0w-40 or similar.
2011 model Honda anf innova 125 fuel injection how
There is no restriction on the Innova.
The engine and injection system is purpose designed to deliver high torque and high economy. A carefully ridden Injection Innova can achieve 40 miles (65kms) per litre which is far better than any other 125cc machine.
An Innova 125i will do a genuine 60 mph happily and show around 65 mph on the speedometer.
The most effective way to more power would be to fit a 150cc 'big bore' kit. but if you want to go faster a lot, sell it and get a PCX or similar and live with the relatively poor economy
Loose (noisy) Headlamp when driving
Take it apart & check that all clips are still there & connected properly, this happened on my cafe racer headlamp when one of the W clips came loose causing the reflector & glass to move in the outer heaslight case wich caused squeeks & rattles
What is porpose of regulator
The stator/generator kicks out a various power supply usually above 12 volts, a regulator keeps the power to approx. 12 volts so your bulbs & other electrical components to not receive too much power that can blow the bulbs and burn out other expensive electrical parts or even cause batteries to explode, and in the worst case cause the motorcycle to catch fire, I hope that helps you out !?
Battery doesn"t charge
You have a couple of options here. Either your battery is dead and needs replacing as battery's these days aren't what they used to be. you will know this if you try to charge it off the bike and it won't take charge in this case change it. Or you have a problem with the regulator rectifier and again could need it replacing. Charge the battery up off the bike (if you can) and get a multi meter on it and make sure its reading at least 12v then put it on the bike and start it up. Put the multi meter on the battery when the bike is running and if the voltage goes down then its not charging from the engine. In this case you will need to buy a regulator rectifier.
I hope this helps

Sportster 1200 cc 2003 a/f adjustment
If motorcycle has set for more than 6 month with the new reformulated fuel, the carbs are probably plugged up and need cleaning. Also check for any broken, open, or otherwise damaged vacuum lines as they will also make it pop and spit. The inlet spigots that connect the carbs to the head also may be leaking and will case the same type of problems.
Honda anf 125 innova i spark fault
Is the spark plug set at the right gap if the old plug is light brown its running OK if it darker or ioly its running rich or very light its running too lean
Fuel mixture screw adjustment
Sounds more like the ethanol gas has done damage. Purchase a rebuild kit for the carb and get new fuel lines. When you pull the carb off take off the rubber boot that goes between carb and cylinder head. Inspect this rubber VERY carefully. Ethanol holes show up anywhere and are very small. (note: the poor man's way to fix this very quickly is to ignore the above, take a 4" piece of duct tape and rap it around the rubber boot between carb and engine.)
How do i derestrict my lifan s-ray 50cc 4-stroke
Unless you find a small "restricting washer" between the head and the exhaust pipe...Then usually there is no easy means. In the past these "washers" were put in place to reduce performance, the idea was as the riders skills improve the washer can be removed. It also was a way for parents to keep their children from zooming flat out everywhere.
